THE WORLD IS A STAGE
Since the dawn of mankind, theatre & the arts has had an intrinsic place in the lives of every culture; utilised to communicate, exercise authority, raise awareness, evoke emotion, entertain, amplify political voices, show values, draw attention, identify a group, connect community & express traditions. Not forgetting all the identifying costumery & symbolism involved with being at the forefront of maintaining visibility & differentiation. Humans desire connectedness and belonging, it is a primal necessity for survival and adapts it’s protocols and outlook as each century or even decade passes.
NZ Pakeha are no exception to that rule and because the welfare of Europeans is in decline and at stake we propose to use THEATRE as a resource package to uplift and edify our people to be strong contributors to society during a period of great persecution & replacement.
For the purpose of our particular Society, of which holds WELL-BEING intently at it’s core, we unlock a pathway and explore HOW theatre itself and all it’s wonderful exhibits plays an essential role in maintaining security in terms of mental health outcomes, cultural integrity & identity solidarity. We are also on a journey of exploring what it means to be Pakeha, why some do not like the term, how we can combat the self loathing white guilted attitude and restore a sense of confident historical belonging as native Kiwis.
